Structural features and applications

This series of quick-change joints is a device widely used in the pipeline system bath of oil, gas and general corrosive media to realize quick connection. It is pressed and formed with various high-quality materials as a whole, with beautiful appearance and strong corrosion resistance. Its structure is locked by the eccentric principle, which is safe and reliable, easy to operate, and according to various working conditions, any model of A, B, C, D of the same specification can be combined with any model of E, F, DC, DP to form a joint body.

Functional features:

1. Simple structure, easy operation, quick connection and disassembly.

2. Compact in size, light in weight, with good sealing and interchangeability.

3. Suitable for a variety of working conditions, widely used in gases, liquids, powders, and other media.

PP plastic quick connector

It is a connector that can connect or disconnect pipelines without the need for tools. Quick connectors can be divided into: quick connectors for air, quick connectors for oxygen fuel gases, quick connectors for gas and liquid sharing, quick connectors for oil pressure, quick connectors for inert gases, quick connectors for cooling water and temperature oil, and semiconductor quick connectors.

The introduction of plastic quick-connecting pipe fittings, its main structure is that the pressing sleeve and the connecting base are connected by a screw buckle. The inner diameter of the pressing sleeve is covered with a wedge-shaped circular ring snap ring at one end, and the outer circular surface is set between the snap ring and the connecting base with a taper, and the other end has a V-shaped pressure-bearing sealing end face and is fitted with an elastic sealing ring in the connecting base. The quick-connecting pipe fittings only need to change the connecting base according to the requirements of the connecting pipe; the connection method is connected by locking nuts according to the diameter of the pipe. The quick-connecting pipe fittings are easy to cast and shape products at one time, and the pressure of the medium itself in the pipe is used for more effective sealing. Old pipes can also be fully utilized during construction.

According to the injection molding raw materials, PP and PE quick-connect pipe fittings can be injection molded with polypropylene and polyethylene

Installation method of quick connection pipe fittings

1. Cut the end of the pipe flat, and there is no plastic foam or other debris.

2. Install the components of the pipe fittings on the pipe in sequence. The installation sequence is as follows: nuts, stainless steel snap rings, pressure rings, and seals.

3. Special tips: (1) The length of the pipe leaking from the front end of the sealing ring is between 5 and 10mm, which can only be within the specified range according to the diameter of the pipe. (2) The section of the pressure ring with a beveled surface faces the steel card. If the installation direction is wrong, it is easy to cause the pipe to fail to withstand high pressure. (3) When installing, remember to hold the steel card tightly by hand, so that the position of the seal and the pressure ring does not slide. Install the pipe in the pipe, otherwise it is easy to cause the pipe to enter the pipe to be too long, which will affect the performance.

4. After the installation is completed, use a special wrench to tighten it.
