広水:科学技術棚は「富を得る料理」を栽培している

 7月9日、広水市余店町「三白」野菜産業園では、鉄骨のトンネルがきちんと並んでいる。棚の中で、労働者たちは行き来し、ナスは秩序正しく枠の中に「ジャンプ」した。やがて、労働者たちの後ろのかごがいっぱいになった。

ナスでいっぱいのバスケットは小屋の外に運ばれ、仕分けと梱包を経て次々と出荷されます。数日後、ナスのバッチは湖南省、広東省、上海などの市民の食卓に登場します。

「現在、白ナスは摘採期に入って、ピークは毎日3000斤を収穫できて、一日に6000元の収入がある」と脚子村書記の葉呈呈さんは言いました。今年、会社はすでに60万余りの白ナス、白キュウリを販売して、純利益は28万元です。

余店町は有名な「三白」(白ナス、白きゅうり、白菜)野菜の郷で、「三白」野菜を栽培する歴史は百年もあり、時間をかけて育てた白ナスは柔らかくておいしい、白きゅうりは香ばしくておいしい、白菜は葉を巻いて団子になって、消費者に人気がある。

余店「三白」野菜の名声をさらに鳴らすために、2021年7月に脚子村は土地を流し、棚内にナス、キュウリを植え、棚外に白菜、トウモロコシ、スイカを植える専門的な野菜栽培の道を開いた。

「若いころ「三白」栽培は散戸が多く、栽培面積が小さく、管理コストが高く、生産量はずっと向上していなかった」と葉呈呈は紹介し、大量の市場ニーズに直面して、村は断固として「三白」産業に投資することを決め、「科学技術トンネル」を建設しながら規模化栽培し、育種して生産量を上げる。

「科学技術ビニールハウス」に入ると、熱波が顔を出して、まるで「サウナルーム」に入ったかのようだ。「ビニールハウスは暑い時に吸熱蓄熱し、寒い時に放熱保温し、ビニールハウス内の温度は常に2628度に抑えて、「三白」野菜の生産を保証する」葉呈呈は、「三白」産業園には76個の高基準野菜栽培ビニールハウスが建設され、ビニールハウスは亜鉛メッキ管で建設され、20年使用できると紹介した。産業園は水肥一体化管理を採用し、ビニールハウス内に温度、湿度監視表があり、労働者は表のデータに基づいて、天気状況を結合して、ビニールハウス内を換気し、ビニールハウス内の温度を一定に
